We started in Sofia in 1991, aiming to develop as an engineering company specializing in roofing and waterproofing works. We were the first to introduce “American seamless gutters of unlimited length” to the Bulgarian market. In recent years, we have gained significant experience in sheet metal processing. We have automated the production of sheet metal products for facade and roof applications.
The machines and production lines collected little by little over the years are direct witnesses of our history. Acquired to help achieve our goals. Installed on a large scale to give us freedom. Now they shape with precision and subdue the cold, hard metal with their treatments. The machines we can't live without.
We listen to the people around us. We understand them. We help them solve their problems, help them find themselves, and help them be happy. In doing so, we also help ourselves.
Any job well done is a joy to the eyes. Everything done with heart takes a noble form. Satisfaction is beauty.
We are good at making sheet metal products. The building materials we sell are of very high quality. We install metal roofs and facades that make us proud.
Eng. Vasil Stoyanov Sr. and his wife Maria Stoyanova created a private company with the subject of activity "Construction of buildings with prefabricated reinforced concrete, general construction works and waterproofing".
Influenced by the American traditions of building metal roofs and drainage systems, we import and present for the first time in Bulgaria the technology of seamless gutters. Through special roll-forming machines, we make it possible to produce gutters of unlimited length from polyester-coated steel sheets. Over the years, these products have almost completely replaced the traditionally used one-meter galvanized gutters, welded together by tinsmiths. For a long time after that, the American seamless gutters were our most recognizable product, even becoming a household name for modern roof drainage in Bulgaria.
Festo, for its new production-administrative building, Druzhba quarter, Sofia, entrusts us with layered installation of thermal and waterproofing works, as well as installation of sheet metal cladding.
We opened a new office and a modest showroom on Nishava Street in Sofia. The next generation of the family, Hristo and Blagoy Stoyanov, took over the operational management of the company.
We acquired the first of many press brakes with a working length of 6 meters. This marked the beginning of large-scale production of sheet metal flashings and accessories. We gradually established ourselves as a leading manufacturer of linear sheet metal products.
We began a partnership with the American company Van Mark Products, a pioneer in lightweight portable bending brakes, an essential tool for modern sheet metal craftsmen and roofing installers. By introducing these machines to the Bulgarian market, we completed a full circle: decades after bringing seamless gutters to Bulgaria, we once again introduced American field-forming technology for sheet metal. From that moment on, our partners were able to cut, bend and finish sheet metal flashings directly on site with workshop-level precision.
Our office and existing facility had become too small, so we embarked on the construction of a new production facility, office, and spacious showroom. Ten years later, we would find ourselves needing even more space again...
We completed our first export project to distant Manila. The aluminum products manufactured by our team, carefully packaged and transported, marked the beginning of a long series of export deliveries across Europe.
Sheet aluminum gradually became the leading material in our production. Our aluminum louver and cassette systems increasingly replaced composite materials as a preferred solution for façade cladding in Sofia and across the country.
A new coping cap system for building parapets was introduced. The combination of a proprietary structural profile, a customer-specific extruded support profile, and precision-fabricated aluminum coping caps quickly gained popularity on the market.
A contract was signed for the installation of ventilated metal pitched roofs and FALZON® facades on 110 single-family houses at the River Park site, Sofia. It is becoming a steady trend for metal roofs and facades to be the preferred finish for new single/multi-family residential construction. While 10 years ago such houses were rather exotic, nowadays their number, even only in projects such as Amaya Residence, Sofia Park Villas Garitage Park in Sofia, exceeds 500.
We signed an agreement with Germany's Schlebach Maschinen for exclusive representation of the brand in Bulgaria. Schlebach is a world leader in roll-forming and seaming machines - the toolset behind our own LAMELLON® and FALZON® facade and roofing systems. From now on, alongside producing finished sheet-metal goods ourselves, we are also the official sales, warranty and service partner for the full Schlebach range in the country. A promising partnership that opens a new chapter in our work, bringing the same German precision we work with every day to our colleagues across the industry.
We began our cooperation with the American brand KWM Gutterman, a name synonymous with the highest class of seamless gutter machines. KWM Gutterman is more than a supplier; it is an engineering partner whose equipment is at the core of seamless gutter production in dozens of countries around the world. Together with the other brands we represent and our own manufacturing capabilities, KWM Gutterman enables us to offer the Bulgarian market a comprehensive range of reliable equipment for seamless gutter production and roof drainage systems.
The success of our work at River Park continued with the signing of a new contract for the next phase of the residential development in Sofia, River Park 2. Once again, the FALZON® ventilated metal roof and façade system was selected as the preferred solution for modern single-family housing. What was considered an “exotic” choice years ago is now becoming the standard, increasingly requested by homeowners themselves. River Park 2 is yet another proof that the aesthetics and durability of metal roofs have secured a lasting place in Bulgaria’s residential landscape.
We expanded our portfolio with press brake machines from the Polish manufacturer MAAD, a company recognized across Europe for its reliable sheet metal forming equipment. The decision was a natural one: these machines combine affordability, precision, and the durability required for everyday production. With MAAD, we provide smaller companies and new market entrants with the opportunity to start their own production of sheet metal flashings and accessories without compromising on quality.
