Aviator snips MAX2000

Malco's Max2000 sheet metal shears are made in the USA. They are available in left, right, and combined cutting options.

Scissors with ergonomic European-style handles. Textured, solid color, molded thermoplastic grips with finger guards. Perfect fit for large or small hands. A thumb-operated lock to the handle ensures reliable and safe closing of the scissors.

All Malco Max2000 Shears are fitted with superior hardened steel blades to ensure a long cutting life. Connecting the blade head to the handle increases and transmits the leverage applied by the operator's wrist.

Standard left, right, and combination shears have wide-opening jaws with a serrated bottom blade for fast, controlled cutting of vinyl, plastic, sheet metal, and miter joints. Precisely sharpened blade tips cut even in tight spaces.

Aviator snips AV's

Malco's AV shears are equipped with POWER-FIT™ ergonomic handles that increase productivity and distribute pressure evenly across the cutting blades, resulting in less user fatigue. Grooves on the handle and molded limiters also help operators achieve maximum grip on even dirty bottoms. The easy-release side lock offers quick cutting while working. Hardened forged steel jaws offer a strong long-lasting cutting edge to the blades.

Models are available for left, right, and combined cutting.

Precision shears are designed for the entire professional installer and assembler.

Manual benders

Malco Hand Bending Pliers, with forged steel jaws, are the premium choice for bending, feathering sheet metal, flattening, and straightening sheet metal edges. They are also used for gripping and moving sheets of sheet metal with dangerous and cutting edges.

These pliers are available in 3-inch (76.2 mm) and 6-inch (152.4 mm) jaw sizes. Forged jaws have depth markings and graduated in 1/4 inch (6.4 mm) increments.

They have ergonomic RedLine Handle technology. The engineered handle opening compliments the natural powerful stroke of each user's hand. The handles transmit the mechanical effort from the grips to the jaws in a ratio of 1:7. Comfortable shape of the handles. Anti-slip finish. Secure thumb lock.

Comfortable operation with one hand, anywhere during work.

Drain pipe crimpers

C5R Malco 5 Blade Sheet Metal Crimper. The C5R crimper creates long and shallow double chutes that replicate the factory grooves on the downspouts. These longer and shallower crimps result in a tighter fit between the tubes, with a self-supporting and wedged connection.

The shutters of the tool are made of hardened steel with a nickel coating, which guarantees mechanical and corrosion resistance.

The Malco C5R sheet metal crimper has comfortable and ergonomic RedLine handles. These handles feature factory-machined anti-slip grip contours, spring-loaded handle return, and easy thumb lock.

A precision tool designed for the modern professional installer and installer of roof drainage systems.

Cap crimper

Malco's SL1R punch for sheet metal fasteners lifts the convex shape of metal edges for quick and secure mating of metal parts. The "teeth" of the punch are located 3/8 inch from the metal edge. The heavy-duty forged cutting jaw has a rust-resistant nickel plate and a black oxide finish.

The Malco punch has comfortable and ergonomic RedLine handles. A powerful lever mechanism adds and increases the effort of the human hand to the sheet metal elements.

The ergonomic contours of the handle with a pressed anti-slip insert and stop ensure a natural fit in the palm and give a feel and good sensitivity for the process of mechanical operation.

Easy one-handed operation, including easy opening and closing of the lock, always leaves a hand free to stabilize the workpiece from a pair of sheet metal elements.
